The Memorial Methodist Church, Tynemouth Road, North Shields was built by Joseph Robinson of the Stag Line in memory of his daughter, Elizabeth Amy. 		Memorial Methodist Sunday School

Carvings on  the stonework of the Sunday School consist of ornate letters, perhaps initials of some unknown benefactors.

There are no such carvings on the outside of the church		 Right
